Preschool education is the cornerstone of national education, is animportant part of basic education.Enter since21Century,preschool educationhas attracted wide attention of the state and society form all walks of life,since2012,the State Council released the “national medium and long-termeducational reform and development plan(2010-2020)” and “the State Councilopinions on the current development of preschool education”(41Guo Fa[2010]),education reform and the fundamental policy to determine thedevelopment of preschool,ushered in the development of the excellentsituation for China’s preschool education.“Plan” was emphasized in the development of rural preschool educationshould focus on efforts to increase popularity,rural preschool education,adoptvarious situation of expanding rural preschool educationresources,eapansion,new kindergartens,play an exemplary guide townshipcenter kindergarten in village.Since the promulgation of the policy,the RuralTownship Center garten more efforts to reduce gap between itself and the citypark,these results are obviously.Bue we should be cool to see,the center of theTownship Park weather in theory or in the management model needs to befuther improved,this requires managers to adhere tothe“people-oriented”management tenet,human resources development in thefirst place,stressed that“the value of man above everything else”,so the centerof the Township Park do a good job of the kindergarten teachers managementhas become the development of be the first to bear the brunt of the task ofkindergarten.This paper mainly Township Park in Jiexiu city in the development ofbetter Y Park as a case study, employment, the management of teachers training, evaluation, incentive four interviews, survey, induction, summarizesthe present situation of teacher management in Y Park, the currentmanagement problems in the analysis, finally aimed at these problems of Yfor kindergarten teachers development change.In the strategy, hope to providesome guidance teacher management in Y Park, and provide some referencefor other similar park.The main body of this paper consists of three parts:the first introducesthe overall appearance and development scale of Shanxi city of Jiexiuprovince Y Township Park,on the basis of investigation status of the YTownship kindergarten teachers management, the managementeffect,combined with the research achivements of modern management ideasand points out some problems existing in Y park management the secondpart;through site visites and interviews,summed up the real reasons Ykindergarten teachers management problems,mainly people-oriented modernmangement concept has not really penetrated into the concrete managementaffairs,managers do not allow teachers to give full scope to the talents,even inthe village to the kindergarten provides sufficient material support,some lageducation management still not improved;the third part in view of someproblems in the management of teachers,the author of the concept ofpeople-oriented and teacher professional development as the purpose,tehauthor puts forward some suggestions:1to create a suitable for thedevelopment of Y Township Park employing mecha nism;in the2step,thesustainable development of education and training,especially on TownshipPark kindergarten-based training;3developing science based on thekindergarten teachers develop effective evaluation criterria;4refinement.Excitation strategy,both spiritual encouragement and materialencouragement.
