Analysis Report On Teaching Case Of Korean Traditional Bow And Arrow Based Shot Methods

As is known to all, the end of the cold weapon age means traditional archery withdrew from the battlefield, away from people’s sight, to withdraw from the stage of human history. However, in recent years due to the traditional archery movement has a unique charm and cultural accumulation, gradually attracted the attention of people, love, has become the most fashionable sports of the modern society.Due to mining, China’s traditional culture collection and research of the bow, is still at the primary stage. Therefore, inevitably encountered many difficult problems during the process of traditional archery movement development. For example, promotion competition rules, traditional archery, traditional bow and arrow shooting technical problems of teaching method etc., especially our country traditional bows and arrows technique teaching, found by CNKI. So far, there is no such traditional archery shooting technique in the field of teaching research.Korean traditional archery as a part of our national traditional bow, shows strong representation. In shooting technique, both in accordance with today’s China Archery Association of traditional archery club shooting technique rules, has a set of complete traditional shooting method technology teaching program.The study done in Institute of physical education, Yanbian University every year organized the Korean traditional archery specialist courses as the basis, using literature method, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics. In 2015 December 6, National University Archery (archery) held competition, where "the six team member of Korean traditional archery close shot technique teaching experiment was performed. Through collection of datas, mainly drew the following conclusions:(1)Korean traditional archery with a long-range shot technique is applicable to 145M Korean traditional archery game shooting technique: bow is pulled away from the far to make the bow perfect to play the performance; release arrow from high elevation, through the parabolic flight distance; aiming azimuth aiming to hit the proposed target shooting.(2)Korean traditional archery close shot technique is applicable to domestic 40m of traditional archery game shooting technique:bow is pulled away from the near to save energy and for high strength release arrow from small elevation, arrows in flight parabola is small when aiming accurate on a target, the target arrow and arrowhead points to form a straight channel.(3)By 6 students of "Fei Ding fei Ba" standing training for 3 weeks show that:The team six students from 3 weeks to 18 days of "Fei Ding fei Ba "standing training found, in addition to XX GUI before and after that left and right distance curve fluctuations are larger, the rest of the team by 18 days of repeated, practice and repetition measurement, "Fei Ding fei Ba "t"found that distance increase with the number of exercises pace eventually get stabilized.(4) by six students 3 weeks before and subsequent fixed height training results show that:in addition to Li XX (female) prior 10m height value floating larger, GUI XX 30m (male) before hand height fluctuations larger sections of the distance of the other players before, flip height decreases as the number of exercises tend to increase stability. Therefore, in order to improve the Korean traditional archery technology and achievements, as far as possible, fixed for the individual "before and after the fixed height" training is right.(5)By 6 students of Korean traditional archery close shot technology experimental teaching for 3 weeks, the experimental before and after the experiment of 20m,30m,40m; women’s 10m,20m,30m test scores were compared and analyzed. The results show that:by the team of six students 3 weeks 18 days of Korean traditional archery shot technology" non Ding non eight" standing training, "before, subsequent fixed height, psychological skill training and Simulation of archery and shooting percentage of reasonable arrangement of teaching experiment, the students of the short distance scores had significant improvement, the performance, the experimental results than before the test scores were significantly improved (P< 0.05).Through 3 weeks of Korean traditional arrow technique teaching experiment, this paper put forward the following suggestions according to the conclusion:(1) Korean traditional archery with a long-range shot method can be applied to other distance, in which the distance between the boundaries of Korean traditional archery with a long-range shot method application. In Korean traditional archery scholars needed further study.(2)Korean traditional archery close shot method is formed in the Korean traditional archery with a long-range shot method based on traditional bow and arrow shooting technique, and to further improve the Korean traditional archery close shot technique such as stations, to arch technique.(3) Depending on the person’s height, weight, gender and other basic information, the formation of "Fei Ding fei Ba "stance fixed distance is not the same, must use scientific means to select suitable means for personal non Ding non eight "stance.(4)Depending on the person’s height, weight, gender and other basic information, is not the same as the formation of before and after fixed height must fit individuals before and after fixed height was selected by the scientific method(5) The experimental results show that the Korean traditional archery close shot of experimental method of teaching for students of archery posture has an obvious effect on the stability, especially on student achievement is obviously improved. Author and participation of experimental teaching students to discuss that the results of the teaching effect is ideal, it is recommended as a new teaching method in the specialized course of archery implementation.
