Japanese national college of technology takes the innovation of curriculum, in order to guarantee the quality of education quality of highly skilled personnel. It is a noteworthy educational phenomenon. This thesis chooses the curriculum of Japanese national college of technology as the research object. To explore the Innovative Characteristic, analyze its settings principle and safeguard measures. Study methods to ensure the quality of talent cultivation, in order to provide reference for curriculum reform of Chinese higher vocational education. Because Chinese higher vocational education still have some problems. Such as:training objectives tend to the same; course content can not serve the local economy;curriculum evaluation is unreasonable. These have a direct impact on the culture of highly skilled personnel.The thesis analyzes the education system of Japanese national college. It researches the characteristics of curriculum. At first, the thesis introduces the background of Japanese national college, then introduces the selection and renewal of Japanese national college.The education system notes to services industry require, notes to combined with modern production of practical operation, and services development of enterprise. And then it introduces the norms and innovation of Japanese national college, finally through the comparison between China and Japan, draw useful inspiration of Japanese national college.It uses comparative research methods to points out the shortcomings of Chinese higher vocational education in the curriculum.In summary, the successful experience of the curriculum of Japanese national college is helpful for our higher vocational education curriculum innovation to a new level, and it is useful to improve students’ overall professionalism and skill levels, and it is conducive to strengthening the cooperation between colleges and local enterprises, to serve the local economy better.
