The Investigation On Internal Control Of Managing Research Funding In A University

In recent years, University has developed faster and faster,and challenges have increasingly appeared. Research funding, knowing as important innovation ability, are also facing many more aspects of problems. Internal Control has been a good enterprise mechanism, and it can also be used for University for ensuring the aim for improving the current situation in research funding in university in our country. Chinese universities have lacked in developing a practical and comprehensive framework, targeting internal control systems for Internal Control. Although we have introduced "The Internal Control Standard for administrative institutions", but considering universities are special, it can be used as an internal control standards guidance. But we still need to consider their own characteristics, so funding for research projects carried out control.From the five elements of Internal Control, combined with "The Internal Control Standard for administrative institutions (Trial)", respectively as the theoretical basis and institutional guidelines, the article has analyzed the existing problems and reasons. Based on the case study, we try to put up a internal control framework for research funding.
