Objective: this study combined with the current popular skating sports and fitness of the theory and practice research, experiment was carried out on the fourth grade boys, based on the practice roller skating intervention group and control group without intervention practice test results analysis and comparison, reveal the roller skating movement to student’s health fitness.Methods: According to the need of design of experiment, to suzhou city experimental primary school grade four students as the research object, in the fourth grade random 40 boys, one group of 20, the control group of 20. The control group according to the physical education curriculum standard for physical education curriculum learning, not excessive intervention. Experimental group in addition to the curriculum standard learning, but also to practice after school skating practice time for 50 minutes every time, exercise intensity was 65%- 80% maximum heart rate reserve, frequency of 3 times per week(Monday, Wednesday and Friday) practice, time is 16 weeks, about four months or so. Through to quiet heart rate before and after the experiment, 50 m x 8 running back and forth, vital capacity, softball, standing long jump, grip strength in succession, crook proneness, height, body weight index test analysis, etc.Results:(1) Cardiorespiratory fitness: in the 50 m x 8 running back and forth and vital capacity of the experimental group significantly in the control group, experimental group in extremely significant changes have taken place before and after the experiment, the control group no significant change before and after the experiment. And quiet heart rate in the experimental group and control group before and after and before and after compared between groups had no significant change.(2) strength: in softball, standing long jump, grip strength, the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment before and after the experiment, and compared between groups had no significant change.(3) flexible fitness: through testing the Zuo WeiTi proneness, significant changes have taken place in the experimental group before and after the experiment, the control group, there was no significant change before and after the experimental group have significant influence on student’s flexibility in the control group.(4) body composition: before and after the experiment, the height of the experimental group and control group had significant changes, and there were no significant changes in body weight. In terms of body mass, significant changes have taken place before and after the experimental group, control group no significant change, and the experimental group significantly than the control group.Conclusions :(1) roller skating can effectively improve the pupils cardiopulmonary fitness(2) roller skating on Pupils’ muscle fitness effect was not significant(3) roller skating can prevent the decline in students flexibility, and can improve the student body fitness flexibility.(4) the height of students increase by a big margin, but through the roller skating, student’s height growth rate will be higher than the natural growth rate. the body composition of roller skating can optimize their composition, improve the body composition of students.
