It has a subtle influence on the contemporary college students in China and showing the trend of diversity and complexity. Under the background of cultural diversity and social complexity, it is very important to improve the ideological and political education of college students, and to broaden the way of Ideological and political education.At present, there are many ways of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. This article focuses on the classroom teaching, practice teaching, the network ideological and political education, school staff management (service) to education. First of all, this article studies the function and the deficiency of these methods, and then analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, and finally puts forward the countermeasures. The purpose is to complete the content of Ideological and political education, improve the efficiency of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, and achieve the goal of Ideological and political education. This paper consists of four parts:The first part mainly discusses the origin of this study, research significance, research status and research ideas and methods. Since the reform and opening up, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been greatly developed, and the way of education has changed a lot. In order to more scientific guiding ideology and political education practice, rich the theory of Ideological and political education, enhance the effect of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, to increase its influence in the students, for the study of the ideological and political education way perfect inheritance and innovative development is very necessary.The second part explains the concept of the way of ideological and political education, and then analysis the relationship between the ideological and political education method and the carrier of Ideological and political education, and the current university to carry out ideological and political education activities are commonly used in four ways to discuss and analysis. The way of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities can not fully meet the needs of education in the environment at this time. The traditional way of education and each one has its own merits, advantages and disadvantages. In the process of Ideological and political education, some of the disadvantages are gradually highlighted, which affect the normal play of the effect of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.The third part is mainly based on the results of the questionnaire, this paper discusses the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities did not achieve the desired effect of the performance, And for the four approaches discussed in the paper, the reasons are analyzed. The questionnaire is divided into three parts, the results of the first part shows that the effect of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities indeed as expected, was reflected in student groups for the diversification of ideals and beliefs and complex value orientation of practical problems. This article from the way to start, through the questionnaire found that in the past, there are some problems in the way of education to be solved.
