Research On The Way Of Improving The Affinity Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Xi Jinping pointed out that to "improve the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education,and to meet the needs and expectations of students' growth and development".This is the request and expectation of Xi to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.It is also a breakthrough to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.At present,there are many weak links in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,one of which is the lack of affinity.The affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities refers to the power that ideological and political education in colleges and universities itself owns the closeness,attraction,infection and appeal to education objects.The new era demands that the ideological and political education in colleges and universities should have affinity,and it is an important realistic subject to be solved urgently that how to improve the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and to enhance its effectiveness.This paper consists of four chapters:the first chapter is an introduction of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This chapter mainly elaborates the relevant concepts and the related theoretical basis of this article and the importance of improving the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This chapter mainly expounds the insufficient of the affinity of educators,educational objects,educational contents and methods,educational carriers and environment.And the reasons leading to the lack of affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are analyzed.The third chapter is the inner mechanism of the affinity generation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.There are five levels in the generative mechanism of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities:the object of education produces a sense of demand for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the object of education has a sense of identity to the human nature of the education goal,the object of education has a close affinity to the truth of education content,the educational object has a sense of trust to the comprehensive charm of the educator,the educational object has a sense of harmony of the educational activity.The generation of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities should deal with three relationships well:the whole and the elements,the result and the process,the content and the form.The forth chapter is the choice of ways to improve the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This chapter explores the ways of promoting the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from six dimensions:how to improve the inspiration of idea,the attraction of content,the empathy of methods,the permeability of carrier,the cohesion of educators,and the infectious power of environment.
