Research On Innovation Of Ideological And Political Education Model In Colleges And Universities In The Big Data Era

The vigorous development of information technology in the 21 st century has brought us into an era that can produce,share and apply data on a large scale,in a wide range of fields.This is the era of "big data".The arrival of the era of big data has a tremendous impact on all walks of life in today's society.In recent years,the value of big data in the field of education has gradually emerged,and the combination of big data technology and education has become an irresistible trend.In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities: "To do a good job in Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities,we should change things according to circumstances,advance with the times and innovate with the circumstances".The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC also emphasizes that "we should fully implement the Party's educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of building people with moral integrity,develop quality education,promote educational equity,and train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness and beauty." This means that when socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is facing higher requirements.However,the current ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is still in the traditional mode,and its drawbacks are increasingly exposed,which greatly hinders the long-term development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Therefore,as the cradle of talent cultivation and the main position of knowledge innovation,colleges and universities must keep pace with the times,strive to embrace the "big data",seize the development opportunities brought by the era of big data,and realize the idea of colleges and universities.Innovation of political education model.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper expounds the background,purpose and significance of the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,research methods,difficulties and innovations.The second chapter is about the basic concepts of the big data era and the ideological and political education model in Colleges and universities.This chapter first discusses the basic characteristics of "large quantity","high speed","diversity" and "great value" in the era of big data,so as to have a basic understanding of the value of big data,and puts forward the theoretical basisfor carrying out the innovation of Ideological and political education mode in Universities in the era of big data: interest demand theory,the theory of all-round development of human beings,the theory of inter-subjectivity,which lays a certain foundation for the following exploration mode innovation.The theoretical cognitive basis.The third chapter is to elaborate the necessity of innovation of Ideological and political education mode in Universities in the era of big data.This paper first discusses some problems existing in the traditional ideological and political education model of colleges and universities,so as to recognize the urgency of the innovation of the ideological and political education model of colleges and universities.Then it analyses the opportunities brought by the era of big data to the innovation of the ideological and political education model of colleges and universities from the aspects of educational concept,object,content,mode and evaluation,which provides the following strategies for the innovation of the model.True evidence.Chapter four is the strategy exploration of the innovation of Ideological and political education mode in Colleges and Universities under the background of big data era.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,combined with the opportunities brought to the ideological and political education in the era of big data,this paper puts forward that colleges and universities should explore the strategies of innovating the ideological and political education mode from five aspects: concept renewal,goal setting,carrier selection,team building and mechanism guarantee.
