Purpose: This article provides a theocratic guidance for middle-aged and elder to exercise their strength and form a good daily habits via researching their improvement in respect of daily habit and self perception after giving them instruction and combine with daily habits questionnaire and self analyze questionnaire.Methods: Object of this study is 60 age rank between 50-69 female dance enthusiast from an active center of some community of Shanghai. Via PAR-Q sifting,select healthy non strength training experience objects. Via regular aerobic activity eliminate volunteers with cardiovascular disease, motor dysfunction and other condition unsuitable for this research. Not filled(Blank) or miss filled(Part of the survey not filled) questionnaire,Questionnaire filling in not under instruction of inspector( filling in the questionnaire not under line up order,taking questionnaire away themselves and hand in afterwards)or not filling in independently(filling in not under supervise of instructor or help other volunteer filling in the content) will be considered qualify. Eventually 60 volunteers will be included as objects. Questionnaire comes from series physical test of Japanese company Combi. Give out the questionnaire to the object and preliminary fill in to ensure objects fully understanding of the questions. Replenish the content of the questionnaire according to the results of exercise interference. Replenish content of self analyze questionnaire after exercise(whether conduct follow the instruction or not and the frequency of exercise). Objects conduct 3 month strength exercise under the instruction and conduct independent strength exercise follow the former instruction. The instruction of strength exercise:(1)Instruction of strength exercise: twice every week, 45 to 60 minutes each time. 10 minutes preparation before exercise and 10 minutes relaxing afterwards. Take first two weeks as adaptive phase. From the third week to sixth week add chair exercise with ankle weight. From seventh to twelfth week, conduct chair exercise, dumbbell exercise and grip tool exercise and increase their frequency under the instruction and supervise of expert.(2)Independent strength exercise: formulate exercise prescription according to the interference plan of objects. Conduct questionnaire of independent exercise include daily habits, food habits, exercise habits and self health assessment. Focus on self assessment part of the questionnaire. Utilize SPSS18.0 software to Chi square verification and cross validation the daily habits questionnaire and self analyze questionnaire.Outcomes:(1)Daily habits:research on daily food habits shows, before interference, during interference and after interference. Objects don’t like oil take up high proportion. Yet the measurements during interference and after interference didn’t change much compare with measurements before interference.( c(17)(28)0.294(11) p>0.05; c(17)(28)0.561, p>0.05);Whereas, measurement during the interference shows eating 3 hours before sleep takes up little proportion( little:34%,never:30.2%), and shows no remarkable difference between the measurements before or after interference( c(17)(28)7.17 5(11) p>0.05); measurements during the interference shows the habits of having 80% full takes up the most proportion, but shows no remarkable difference between measurements before or after interference( c(17)(28)4.663(11) p>0.05). Changes of lifestyle habit indicates, objects taking elevator got measurements before and after interferencetakes up fairly high proportion.( c(17)(28)0.925(11) p>0.05; c(17)(28)0.472(11) p>0.05), during interference is lower( c(17)(28)4.245(11) p<0.05), but all the three measurements show no statistic value( c(17)(28)0.294(11) p>0.05).The research of exercise and energy consumption balance shows before and after interference controlling body weight with diet takes up little proportion( 22.6%,28.3%). Measurements during interference( 47.2%)is close to objects using diet to control their body weight, and all the three measurements have statistic value( c(17)(28)7.944(11) p<0.05).Case study of strength exercise assessment shows according to the three measurements, elders are easy to insist their power exercise in group exercise. Tiredness reach a little tired often appears in case that exercise 2 to 3 times every week. And all three measurements shows no statistic difference. Self health assessment shows,feel themselves healthy in all three measurements take up the most proportion, but all three measurements show no remarkable difference( c(17)(28)2.659, p>0.05).(2)Self analyze: self assessment shows after strength exercise, objects feel easier to climb the mountain and stairs take up the highest proportion, and proportion of exercise under instruction is higher than independently. And the data shows statistic difference.( c(17)(28)(21)(13)(17)(24)(17)(11) P<0.05);Objects with arm strength improvement take up the highest proportion. And instruction is better than independent, And the data shows statistic difference.( c(17)(28)(16)(20)(13)(16)(24)(24)(11) P<0.05);Insistence research shows many objects want to keep exercise during and after interference strength( 92.5%, 79.2%),No objects shows to give up exercise after interference. And there is a huge difference between phase during and after interference( c(17)(28)(22)(13)(20)(18)(23)(11) P<0. 05);research of habits change during exercise shows, many object take no antihypertensive drugsand Calcium medicine during and after exercise, yet the number is not remarkably different from before interference,( c(17)(28)(15)(13)(16)(24)(19)(11) P>0.05; c(17)(28)(15)(13)(15)(22)(15)(11) P>0.05);Numbers of objects keep the former lifestyle is more than those did not. Yet the data shows no statistic value( c(17)(28)(15)(13)(15)(15)(15)(11) P>0.05),And the study of objects keep their former style has no statistic value.( c(17)(28)(15)(13)(16)(20)(18)(11) P>0.05).(3)Case study of dependent exercise shows: Many objects follow the exercise prescription, and data has statistic value( c(17)(28)(16)(23)(13)(22)(20)(15)(11) P<0.05);Many objects conduct exercise 2 to 3 times per week( 42.6%),objects do no exercise take up 12.8%, and data has statistic value( c(17)(28)(24)(13)(17)(20)(20)(11) P<0.05).Conclusions: Compare with independent exercise, instruction interference can provide better insistence for middle-aged and elder female. According to the self analyze after combining aerobic exerciseand strength exercise, interference is better than independent, independent is better than before interference. independent exercise is gradually into normal life, the mix of aerobic and strength exercise will gradually improve the life of middle-aged and elder female.
