Teaching reflection is an activity that according to the educational theory, teachers find the problems in the educational theory in time, seek the effective method to solve the problems positively, enrich and perfect personal knowledge about educational theory, and make great efforts to improve the rationality of educational practice, promote self-professional development continually. Teachers reflection is an effective method and tool to improve teacher professional literacy.For this research, the major research methods are questionnaire survey and interviewing method, the aiding methods are documentary method and product analysis method. This study makes a comprehensive and systematic research for the current circumstances of kindergarten teachers teaching reflection, and it also makes a deeper analysis to teaching reflection of kindergarten teachers from several aspects, which are the recognition, frequency, content, method, motivation, level, problems, and influence factors.The research results shown some problems about kindergarten teacher in the process of teaching reflection, those are formal reflection, single reflection method, one-sided reflection content, and reflection is divorced from practice. The two factors of effecting kindergarten teachers teaching reflection are subject itself and external environment. From the factor of subject itself, kindergarten teacher teaching reflection is effected by teacher from several aspects, which are the recognition and understanding of teaching reflection, accomplishment of education theory, the experience of educational practice, the technology and attitude of teaching reflection. There are also some objective factors, which are Chinese culture, kindergarten environment, infant parents expectation, time, and energy.According to the research, writer proposed strategies to promote teacher teaching reflection from kindergarten teacher level and kindergarten level. Kindergarten teacher should recognize the intension and value of teaching reflection correctly, develop a habit of teaching reflection, improve the level of teaching reflection, master the basic step of teaching reflection, improve the effectiveness of teaching reflection, Apply many methods of teaching reflection comprehensively, extend the ways of teaching reflection. Kindergarten should pay attention to teaching reflection, create good atmosphere for it; Pay attention to perfect general managing rules, motivate the teachers, offer support and tutor for kindergarten teacher teaching reflection in professional field.
