The gradual advancement of kindergarten course reform is bringing unprecedented opportunity for kindergartens and teachers, also having put forward huge challenge for them. Kindergarten-based teaching and research becomes increasingly important. It aims at improving teaching specialization and educational quality. It also combines preschool education theory with teaching quality together organically. So studying on kindergarten- based teaching research how to improve teachers ’professional development is a significant subject in educational field.By using of multiple methods, such as interview,observation and documents analysis, this research takes Hebei Provincial Organs of Fifth Kindergarten for example to study on kindergarten-based teaching research improving the teachers’ professional development. This research mainly divided into three parts:Part 1: Introduction. It includes proposition of the question, the significance of the study, the internal and external research, the methodology and design of research, and the research object.Part 2: The second part focuses on kindergarten-based teaching research is the effective way that promotes kindergarten teachers to development theoretically. Kindergarten-based teaching research can help kindergarten teachers to become independent researcher. Kindergarten-based teaching research emphasizes on subjectivity of kindergarten teachers. So, it makes kindergarten teachers’ teaching behaviors and self-reflection more advanced.Part 3:Case study. Take Hebei Provincial Organs of Fifth Kindergarten for example to analysis. We made a lot interviews and observations under the real and natural circumstances. Self-reflection peer coaching and professional guidance are major methods of kindergarten-based teaching research in this kindergarten. There are many kindergarten-based teaching research types, such as learning-type teaching-type, several teaching on the same text-type, researching-type and so on. These kindergarten-based teaching research types made various changes include teaching attitude, self-reflection, and behaviors in teaching. Overall, kindergarten-based teaching research promotes kindergarten teachers’ professional development in many ways.
