Pre-school education is the cornerstone of the whole education career. It’s development has been unprecedented attention. Kindergarten teachers are perpetrators of quality education and the main body of the educational process. Teachers are the key to develop pre-school education. University-kindergarten collaboration to build high level’s teachers team has become a new way in international arena. University-kindergarten collaboration to build high level’s teachers team will be the inevitable trend.Firstly, this study illustrates the teachers’collaborative culture, systems theory, resource dependence theory and basic principles of cooperative learning theory and its Implications of this study, which has laid a solid theoretical foundation. Then, on the selection of C university and its affiliated A kindergarten in Hunan province as a case. Using literature method, interview method and a collecting method and other research methods, emphasis survey teacher’s understanding of university-kindergarten collaboration, summarize its model which promotes teacher’s professional and generalize its success.Study found that:A kindergarten with C university collaboration help kindergarten teachers getting positive emotional attitude, increasing the professional knowledge and improving professional skills which through teaching seminars,"round the teaching" material development,"Hope Group" teaching seminars, education practice, and "Double Teachers" six modes of development cooperation. At the same time, survey many barriers about cooperation, such as cooperation content, resource utilization, evaluation mechanism, systemic, normative, policy and funds. And analysis of the causes of the problem, including:national policy guidance and support, supervision and management education administration, universities and kindergartens organizational cultural differences administrative departments of education. Afterward, come up with the strategies that are clearly purpose of cooperation, expanding cooperation content; development cooperation channels, improving resource utilization; improving the evaluation mechanism, enhance cooperation in the driving force; strengthen cooperation norms, deepen cooperation systemic; achieving the government’s participation, access to external supportive on this basis.
