In recent years, with the increase of the impact of education reform, our country is requiring increasingly high of personnel training; as the development of education form, education is increasingly being focused starting with children, so it is of great importance to let students to develop good study habits from childhood.Being a good foundation for students’expression, composition writing is an important part of Chinese language learning. "China Encyclopedia of Psychology Volume" said:. "Writing is to express relevant knowledge, ideas and experience stored in student’s memory by written form, is a transiting way from internal speech to external speech, that is, to convert formally the compressed, brief and understanable language by oneselves, to an open, standardized grammatical, external understandable language by others."The composition teaching has been the focus and difficulty for teachers on teaching Chinese language courses, and composition writing scores occupy a large proportion in Chinese language performance. "Compulsory Education’s Chinese Language Curriculum Standards" required primary school students writing as this:"to express one’s own knowledges, thoughts or expressions specifically and clearly, in a readable and fluent way, and according to one’s own needs, one is also be able to utilize common means of expression to delevop his own command of written language. "[2] However, due to the growing development of network, the composition books are emerging in an endless stream. A front-line teacher often finds void and serious plagiarism in students’ composition writings, but this phenomenon has often been explained as the "use for reference" by parents and students. Even some studens with better academic performance will also want to use this way to get high scores by luck. The "use for reference" to be confused with "plagiarism" concept, is not conducive to improving students’ writing ability, but through this discrimination, it is helpful to train students’proper study habits from their childhoodThe paper is divided into four parts:part Ⅰ, the definition of "use for reference" and "plagiarism". To analyze primary students’ writing requirements based on the new curriculum standards, and to define "use for reference" and "plagiarism" in primary students’writing. Part Ⅱ, performances and hazards of "plagiarism" in primary students’writing. With the analysis of a large number of writing texts with phenomenon of "plagiarism" or "use for reference", it summed various kinds of manifestations in pupil composition plagiarism, and divided the specific manifestations into:plagiarize selections, plagiarize contents. Then to elaborate hazards of primary students’ composition plagiarism in four aspects:reducing the expression level, weakening thinking ability, affecting aesthetic taste, indifferent legal awareness. Part Ⅲ:the causes of pupils’ composition plagiarism. The teachers’ "teaching" manifest:utilitarian teaching objectives, invalidity of teaching content, teaching process arbitrary, biased teaching evaluation. Students’ "learning" are as follows:loss of pupils’ initiative, lack of life experience, convenient way to plagiarism. The fourth part is as the core, to propose the strategy of changing pupil’s composition plagiarism phenomenon. From propose solutions from the four parts:one, implement goal, enrich teaching; two, Personally involved, to mobilize interest; three, try to learn, improve literacy; four, extracurricular practice, rich life.Finally, depending on the case of detailed writing contents, it was to develop real, specific writing strategies to prevent from plagiarism, so that students is able to write compositions full of true feelings and suitable to their ages.
