The development of e-education promotes the modernization of education. With the development of multimedia technology and virtual reality technology, the virtual experiment developed rapidly in discipline education, which is also increasingly favored by the field of education. Many countries around the world have launched their own Virtual laboratory projects, for example, the university of Utah developed the PCR Virtual Lab; In Chicago, the Illinois university launched a digital organic chemistry laboratory; the Carnegie - Mellon university produced a virtual laboratory. Due to the virtual laboratory projects which applied to a variety of applications in the teaching, there is a necessary about researching virtual experiment in the teaching whether will improve the learners’learning attitude and interest or not,and whether will improve the learners’ learning achievement or not.In this paper, based on the present situation of the application of virtual experiment at home and abroad, the concept of virtual experiment and theoretical basis, using NB chemical virtual laboratory and Jin Huake simulation chemistry lab, designing a number of virtual experiment, through questionnaire survey and interviews and others, analyzing the effect of the application of virtual experiment in ninth grade chemistry discipline, finally draw the conclusion:the virtual experiment has changed the learners’ learning attitude and interests, and the investigation experiment’ learning attitude and interests is superior to replication experiment’ the learning attitude and interests; the virtual experiment has a significant effect on the part of the mastery of the knowledge of the investigation experiment, and there is no significant effect on the part of the mastery of the knowledge of the replication experiment.This thesis is an exploration about the application of the virtual experiment in the junior middle school chemistry discipline, cultivating the learners’ practical ability, and improving the learners’ scientific literacy.
