The Change Of Relationship Between Family And Village And The Logic Of Farmers’ Behavior From The Perspective Of Rural Governance

China is a large agricultural country, with hundreds of millions of farmers is China’s largest national conditions. To understand China, it is necessary to understand the farmers. In order to truly grasp the essence of the Chinese farmers, it is necessary to study the farmers themselves carefully. In previous rural political studies, the village is mostly regarded as empirical research unit, ignored the fact that farmers’is for rural studies empirical. Therefore, the study of rural has to transfer to farmers themselves. Making households empirical investigation will implement the rural grass-roots political research.In this paper, the typical household in Shandong Province is selected as a case. We can study the changes of the relationship between the village and the farmer’s behavior logic through the author’s investigation and the data obtained. In this paper, the author takes the rural governance as the angle of view, and the survey households are used for the empirical data sources and clues. The farmers were analyzed respectively from two aspects, including households change in relation between the village and farmers’ behavior logic, and we try to get the relationship between households in the village and farmers’ behavior logic. In this paper, the specific research idea is that the historical prototype of target farmers is analyzed for the first analysis, including household survey and family economic. Then according to the status of farmers and the industry evolution extent households and the village of the vicissitude of the relations, the research period is divided into three stages respectively as tax period, post tax era and the new era. In each period, the development background of farmers, households in the village relation situation, farmers themselves and industry development described, were selected through the participation of farmers in the village of typical cases (village election, cultivated land dividing and collective road) to carry out in-depth study of households change in relation between the village and farmers behavior logic.In finally, the article found that traditional farmers have turned to part-time households along with changes in national policy in the whole history of the development in typical household, the degree is gradually deepening and realize the dominant industry eventually. Under this type of evolution, the period of the three households in the village also correspond to evolution according to the tight-loose-suspension direction. The governance factors of directional changes promoting the implementation of the internal relationship between rural households in the village are the pressure of governance (tax period), power off (after tax period) and leapfrog Management (New Era). And for the three periods of changes of peasant households in the village, their behavior logic is undergoing directional change respectively. And three kinds of flexible tolerance are endurance, conceited and flexible. These three types of behavior is the intrinsic logic of farmers, influencing the trend of the relationship between the village and farmers. Article finally attempts to explore "village-farmers" dimensions of analysis in empirical study. This analysis is combined village with farmers in empirical research, based on farmers’prototype and livelihoods meticulous investigation. We can reflect the rural households’behavior logic of the nature through a typical case study, enhancing to the village level to explore changes in the relationship between households and village. And the relationship changes between households and village are responding to farmers’ behavior logic changes. These echo changes are also responding to changes of rural governance policy, this dimension of analysis will provide new perspective and theory for household system and rural political study.
