In 2015,"Horizon Report" which published by New American Media Alliance pointed out that, among the next three to five years, students will from consumers into creators, Prime Minister Li Keqiang also agree this oppion and he pointed out that "public entrepreneurship and innovation" is one of "the twin-engine", which to promote Chinese economic development, and it shows how important the creative learning for future education, so it’s necessary for us to discuss creative learning. By the way, the report also support that, makerspace is one of the six technical progress in higher education technology application, makerspace is an ideal place to support creative learning, so makerspace is an important way to cultivate creativity, enhance the learning level. Although there have been a lot of research about the creative learning and practice, but the study of makerspace is just beginning, the research which explores the makerspace to support creative learning has just started.In this study, author explore the virtual makerspace’s value, features, models, design methods, development processes, and with two real cases to verify the feasibility and maneuverability of creating virtual makerspace.This study obtained this recognition in the course of the study:1. Author think that in education technology, makespace is a kind of learning environment for create;2. In makerspace, by allowing students to creative learning can enhance their learning level and practice how to "learn for create";3. Since makerspace can be equal to a kind of creative learning environment, author consider that, the learning theory of makerspace include many kinds of learning theory,such as create innovative, constructivist and humanism learning theory;4. Virtual makerspace provides platforms for creative activities to makers(learners) on the network, makers(learners) can also create their knowledge in products, through this process, the level of learning will be enhanced;5. On this basis, analog with the general model of network learning environment, author proposes creating a general structure model of virtual makerspace, the model reflects the design idea of "maker-centered ", around the core creative learning demand, provide maker conditions which conform maker’s characteristics, implement maker activities and evaluation mechanisms as the goal of innovation, promote the development of creative thinking and innovation ability;6. Author gives a general design process of virtual makerspace, follow the process can construct virtual makerspace;7. Author creates discussed virtual various existing technologies to build makespace and then choice;8. Author trying to make the general model of virtual makerspace be more feasible and operable, the design process and the technology platform, through two specific course of virtual makerspace;9. Virtual makerspace apply in creative learning, author believes that teachers should adjust measures to students’conditions, adjust measures to content of courses conditions, adjust measures to period conditions, adjust measures to teaching conditions, should also pay attention to guiding the students.
