With the development of the times, social competition intensifies, adults must continue to learn, coupled with the concept of lifelong learning to promote, learning has become an important part of adult life. People in the learning time, material and other inputs also increased, to participate in the form of learning has gradually diversified, many of them step into social work after re entering the school for adult learning, in order to get a higher degree, more knowledge. But as adults, need to take into account the completion of a number of tasks in daily life, including family, work, social responsibility, etc.. Adult learning and life can be described as harmony. Then return to the campus to learn what it means for adults, how to progress in their own time to live in harmony.In this study, using the method of depth interview, with time as the main line on return to campus for graduate studies in adult family, workplace, communication and leisure multi dimensional life world, and then return to campus of adult learning motivation, found in adult life experience and current life situation determines the adults return to campus learning the types of motivation; secondly, this study presents the fusion and conflict in many aspects of adult learning and adult life in the real state, adult learning and adult life conflicts in many aspects of family, work, leisure and social interaction and mutual promotion; thirdly, based on the adult return to campus learning self assessment.and reflection the analysis of the relationship between adult learning and adult life, adult learning is not only a part of adult life, and gradually become A way of life, return to campus learning in one of the important significance of the adult is adult’s thinking on this issue and realization.
