This is an era of information explosion, the amount of knowledge on the Internet a week can integrate the essence of thousands of years of human civilization, and to achieve the rapid spread of globalization. Moore’s Law means that more and more things are available on the Internet for free. So, in the era of information explosion, how to build an effective college ideological and political theory practice course has been a major problem for college teachers.The author believes that the era is the progress of. With the overall development of China’s economic construction, social progress in front of the university students in this special whole body and mind and in the past there has been a huge change. Therefore, the innovation of practice teaching mode of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities has become a top priority. The development of Ideological and political education is inseparable from the mode and method of innovation, which is one of the inherent requirement of the development of a socialist harmonious society in China, in order to adapt to the changing educational environment, environmental change under the education object and education object of education requirements.
