At the same time, the current endowment faced by the lost elderly who lost only child is analyzed. Although state and local governments also issued relevant laws and policy regulation, meanwhile provides financial support, there are still a variety of difficulties in such aspects as the economy, the pension and spiritual comfort, due to the unclear legal status, relatively low rescue levels and no right design of top-level old-age security model.The elderly who lost only child are new formed vulnerable groups in society, its old-age security problem is not only the responsibility of the government, but also need their own efforts and the participation of social force. So the system of the elderly who lost only child’s old-age security covers a complete set of system including the system design, the supply of economic and non-economic service content.
