Ret P is an education practice which is organized by normal universities.The Student teachers carry on the teach practice not less than a semester in primary and secondary schools. University A’s Ret P locations are mainly in Qinghai Tibetan primary and secondary schools. With the development of the Ret P work, Student teachers appear a variety of cultural adaptation more or less every year, some serious didn’t work and life normally. Ret P students’ adaptation problems not only affect the smooth development of Ret P, there may cause a variety of mental health problems,and even lead to conflict and affect social stability and harmony. This study adopts questionnaire survey method, and is assisted by interviews, university A 7th batch Ret P students as the research object, make the Student teachers’ cultural adaption from the social and cultural adaptation and psychological adaptation two dimension, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The study found: Ret P students’ adaption to the culture is finel. In the social and cultural adaptation dimension, different national Student teachers’ social and cultural adaptation vary, while on the gender, professional classes, student resources all have no difference. In all dimensions, life adaptation is the best, interpersonal adaptation second, job is the worst. Different national Student teachers’ adaption on life and interpersonal both have differences. Urban and rural Student teachers have different work adaption. In mental dimension, their adaption have no difference in general. The problems of Ret P students’ adaption mainly include teaching adaptation; language environment adaptation difficulties and interpersonal adaptation; natural environment adaptation difficulties and life adaptation;teaching adaptation; psychological adjustment problems. Student teachers’ cultural adaptation has complexity, school education factors: such as school education lag and limited, the curriculum highly consistent, fusion of the ethnic culture and curriculum; Student teachers factors: such as psychological expectations, cultural stereotype, language barriers, short period adaption, less cultural participation; Other factors: such as change of living environment, social support system weakened, cultural distance.Based on the analysis of Student teacher’s culture adaption, the author putsforward countermeasures and suggestions on Student teacher’s culture adaption problems: University: Encourage the multicultural curriculum development, play a leading role in the curriculum; Pay attention to cross-cultural adaptation knowledge,attitude and ability training; Strengthen the bilingual training; Visit Student teachers regularly, make mental consultation sound. Student teacher: Respect the local culture and customs, enhance awareness of cultural diversity; Learn self-regulation;Strengthen cultural integration and participation. School education: Strengthen humanistic concern to interns, do a good job of logistics and service; Carry out group activities frequently, enrich cultural atmosphere of school. Administrative departments of Education: Refine employment service mechanism, reduce volunteer students’ worries; Increase the input of funds, establish and improve the mechanism to ensure funding.
