The top three destinations of students going abroad are the US,Canada and Japan.In other words,though the less opportunity of English speaking countries,Japan has become an important position for overseas study in China.About China overseas students cross-cultural adaptation of region selection more concentrated in Europe and America,cultural differences in Europe and the United States and China's cultural difference is far greater than the day belong to the East Asian cultural circle,cultural differences caused by different cultural impact is not the same,the cross-cultural adaptation state and adaptation the student is not the same.And because of the special relationship between China and Japan,in addition to the economic and cultural factors,the political and historical factors affect the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese students in Japan.So in Japan,which is the same as the East Asian cultural circle,how is the life of the students studying abroad in China?What is the state of cross-cultural adaptation?And what are the related factors?Therefore,the present situation of cross-cultural adaptation and the related factors of Chinese students in Japan have become the purpose of this study.This paper takes Chinese students in Japan as the research object,using the method of participant observation and depth interview method,focuses on the students'self evaluation.It is divided into the following three aspects:1.Whether the purpose and expectation of studying abroad affect the students' spontaneous intercultural adaptation;2.To study the cross-cultural adaptation of students from China and Japan under the three dimensions of work,study and daily life;3.In combination with the significant changes in cross-cultural adaptation,a brief analysis of the factors affecting intercultural adaptation.The results showed that psychological adaptation is inversely proportional to the future time,the social and cultural adaptation is proportional to the future time;psychological adjustment lags behind the social and cultural adaptation;social interaction and influence of psychological adaptation and social cultural adaptation;the future expectation and social cultural adaptation and psychological adaptation is anti related.The main factors affecting the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese students in Japan are the goal and expectation of the coming day,social support and language ability.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Including the background,purpose and significance of this paper.The second chapter is the theory and literature review.The theory is mainly uses Berry's cross-cultural adaptation theory,including cultural integration,cultural integration stress,cultural integration stress process,cross-cultural adaptation's two-dimensional model.The literature review is a summary of relevant research at home and abroad.The third chapter is the research object and method of this paper.The first section is the selection of research object and introduces the basic information of the research object,the reason for Chinese students in Japan as the research object,studying in Japan for at least a year;the second section research method is mainly used in observation and in-depth interviews,the results of the interviews were collected and classified analysis.The third section is the research design steps,interviews and testing,the use of new interviews and recording data transfer and consolidation.The fourth chapter is the result and analysis of the research.The first section is a study on the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese students in their daily life.They have studied the social and cultural adaptation and psychological adaptation,and analyzed the relevant factors.The second section is the current status of cross-cultural adaptation and its related influencing factors,which are divided into two dimensions:social cultural adaptation and psychological adaptation.The third section is the study of the cross-cultural adaptation of work.The fourth section is the summary of this chapter,including the overall cross-cultural adaptation and adaptation of Chinese students.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.The overall paper,the lack of research and the direction of the future research.
