In the 21 st century,with the advent of the information society,our country has increased the input of information education in the compulsory stage of primary school,and increased the primary school audio-visual equipment and update speed.For various regions of the country primary school to configure a large number of audio-visual equipment,and equipped with a management professional audio-visual equipment. But, there are many problems in the management of audio-visual equipment,such as the leaders do not attach importance to manufacturers,and educational institutions play support is not enough, to shorten the service life of the equipment and lead to a certain degree of audio-visual equipment waste.This study mainly uses literature method, survey method, statistical analysis method, grasp the problems existing in the primary school educational technology equipment management, then analyses and the and based on the analysis of the causes of the conclusion.The case elementary school in Longjing B,a questionnaire survey was conducted in 70 full-time teachers by random cluster sampling,focus on the 5 aspects of management system, daily supervision,teacher training, funding,equipment evaluation about audio-visual equipment management status, and from the school factors, and management factors,the use of human factors, social factors such as the understanding of factors affecting the overall situation.The same time,interviews the school leadership and audio-visual equipment manager for the efforts of manufacturers or educational institutions to support the school audio-visual equipment management.Finally,analysis between the status and influence factors of audio-visual equipment managements find out the problems and causes,such as management system update is not timely, the manufacturer or the administrative department of education play does not play a significant role, audio-visual education teachers work is not in place conclusion,and find out promote the school management layer consciousness, perfect audio-visual equipment management mechanism, audio-visual equipment management training is rich in content, form and relevant departments of the society of the cooperative work pattern standard primary school educational technology equipment management rationalization proposals.
