The Study Of Cultivating College Students’ Patriotism

To achieve the great national rejuvenation of the Chinese dream is the common ideal of China. To achieve the dream of China, Chinese must have a broad consensus on values and the pursuit of common values. College students’patriotism decide whether the socialist modernization construction will succeed or fail. Therefore, it’s particularly important to cultivate the patriotism of students. However, there are some challenges which brought great difficulties to the cultivation of the patriotism, such as the negative effects of globalization, some exposed problems of social transformation, the defects of patriotic education and the weakness of students.At first, this paper discusses the concept of college students’ patriotism and discriminates the scientific connotation, cultivation mechanism as well as the concepts relevant to it. Second, this paper explores the theoretical origin and practical gist of cultivating college students’ patriotism. Then through demonstration investigation of the actuality, this study analyzes the achievements and problems of cultivating college students’ patriotism objectively, it also analyses the reasons why these problems are existing. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the effect of cultivating college students’ patriotism from three aspects.According to the article, in order to improve the effectiveness of cultivate patriotic view of college students, cultivate patriotic view should stick to the idea of keeping pace with the times, adhere to the combination of nationality and cosmopolitan, the consistency of national interests and personal interests, cultivate patriotic emotion and reason are unified concept; Under the guidance of this concept to explore social, family, college joint cultivation mode; Pay attention to dig deeper into the mass media’s patriotic view cultivation function at the same time, guide the mass media on own initiative to undertake the important task of theory of communication, vigorously promote Chinese culture, patriotic positive energy, at the same time make full use of the mobile network media to carry out patriotic view. In order to help college students follow the value criterion of the core values of Chinese socialism and grow as a deserved successor of the country.
