History education and Campus culture in middle school are all education, they are unified. Having similar goals and functions, they complement each other. Moreover,history subject has its own unique characteristics, which diversifying the way of building the campus culture, especially in the areas with local characteristics of historical culture,the discipline of History in the construction of the campus culture plays an irreplaceable role. But in actual practice, it is often been ignored, even in the fragmented state. Give History full play in the construction of campus culture, so that the two complement each other, is an important issue that the national high school and the whole society need to care about.In this paper, the experience summary method, case study method are used to analysis the History’s effort in campus culture construction and it is innovative. This paper takes the Jiangsu Binhai middle school’s new campus as an example, relies on Yancheng Binhai historical characteristics and analyses the approaches of History in the development of campus culture. Then summaries and implements the function of campus culture with the help of History, so it has a practical significance.In general, this paper studies rarely history’s participation in the construction of campus culture, has a certain academic and practical value. I hope this study of middle school campus culture construction has been a source of inspiration and reference.
