In this paper,self-efficacy,group cohesion,organizational effectiveness for the study of variable content using relevant scales of professional athletes for testing, the test results were analyzed to obtain the following results: the average self-efficacy(1) of professional athletes is 3.4539;(2) the dimensions of group cohesion mean in the order of: social groups attract(4.3188), the consistency of the task group(4.1266), task groups to attract(4.0854), social groups, consistency(3.9078).(3) different gender athletes self-efficacy, group cohesion, differences in these three areas of perceived organizational effectiveness were not significant.(4) before the age of 25 athletes self-efficacy mean an upward trend, and over 25 years of age decreased. Differences between different age groups of athletes in the cohesion and effectiveness of the organization there are significant: "task group to attract", "social groups attract", "consistency group task" This significant differences in three areas. "Direction and goal clarity", "innovation and adaptation", "external support and growth", "participation and open", "formal and Information Management" These dimensions are significantly different. Self-efficacy differences(5) different educational levels of the athletes was not significant, "group task to attract" and "mass social attract" There was a significant difference(6) different motion class athletes on the two dimensions of self-efficacy and group cohesion There were no significant differences in the goals and direction of clarity, the difference was significant.(7) athletes in the collective group cohesion dimensions and perceived organizational effectiveness scores were significantly less than individual items.(8) have experienced national team athletes self-efficacy than athletes not selected national experiences.(9) self-efficacy and group cohesion,organizational effectiveness was positively correlated,and the correlation is significant.Self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness of several low-effect relationship, and organizational effectiveness that it’s relevance is weak. Related relevance cohesion and organizational effectiveness than self-efficacy, and most of the group cohesion and the correlation coefficient organizational effectiveness have reached more than 0.8, arestrongly correlated.(10) self-efficacy, group cohesion dimensions are the dimensions of organizational effectiveness predict different degrees, we can establish the regression equation model. Conclusion:(1) professional athletes self-efficacy and group cohesion are at a high level.(2) professional athlete feelings of self-efficacy influence of age, years of training, exercise experience. National team athletes have experienced a greater feeling of self-efficacy; collective athletes self-efficacy than individual projects; collective group cohesion athletes below the individual projects.(3) related to the degree of correlation cohesion and organizational effectiveness than self-efficacy,and most of the group cohesion and the correlation coefficient organizational effectiveness have reached more than 0.8, which is a strong correlation. Improve team cohesion helps enhance organizational effectiveness. In one group, the behavior of its members highly consistent, individuals have a strong tendency to subordinate groups,the team’s organizational effectiveness is high.(4) athletes self-efficacy, group cohesion predict different levels of organizational effectiveness dimensions are right,the overall look, the task group to attract sports teams for the maximum contribution to organizational effectiveness.
