Physical exercise can produce immediate benefits for individual emotions, but to really make an individual produce and maintain good and stable psychological benefits, must be long-term, regular physical exercise can be achieved. Therefore, exercise adherence to physical and mental health of young people plays an important role. In schools and major universities, youth sports groups are hot unfolded, group cohesion as an important variable group research with adolescents Exercise Adherence very close relationship. The exercise self-efficacy is an individual under different conditions required for ongoing regular exercise behavior of confidence in the ability or beliefs, so it may have a subtle effect between group cohesion and exercise adherence. This study will examine the relationship between adolescent group cohesion and exercise adherence, and exercise self-efficacy in which the role.In this study, Host Towns revised "group cohesion Scale","exercise self-efficacy scale" and Xiao Zhen he, Wu, Ronis and Pender prepared report on "Exercise Adherence Scale" for35groups of380people conducted a survey as follows:(1) Youth sports organizations in higher overall exercise adherence.
