Today, although domestic exam-oriented education has become a target is still popular, quality education polls is still difficult to trace, the science education curriculum standard both at home and abroad in constant revision and science education new curriculum case emerge in endlessly, the development of teaching activities and practice are also mostly more useful. However, in the face of put forward new constructivism learning advanced, inquiry teaching, and so on a variety of new theory, "Internet+" information age impact on science and education, particularly in the《(NGSS》 with the three dimensions of science and engineering practice, crosscutting concepts, and core ideas, new requirements suggested by the teaching design and implementation of teaching activities in science.This article designed a teaching case based on sound wave and its application in the information technology with conception of science. In it, the author developed a number of classes and teaching equipment, use the process of scientific inquiry and a variety of evaluation methods. And select the three schools to take teaching practice, collecting data in practice and feedback to improve the development of teaching activities.The research mainly divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduced the background and research purpose of this research topic and significance; The second part is literature review, from education and learning theory, teaching and learning curriculum standard three aspects of literature research and teaching activities; The third part is the theory and practice, this part is the body of the article. First, combining with the related concept of "sound wave" through inquiry, inquiry teaching is to develop a plan, then after teaching practice so as to render the data processing and analysis. In the process, "tube, stringed instrument" the development of science inquiry activity model, evaluation method of design become the key. After a phase of research, this article conclusion in part 4. This section summarizes the teaching activities of a few bright spots, it is the scientific development concept model, scientific and engineering practice, the interdisciplinary concept of engineering and the teacher as the explorers of curriculum resource development; in addition, the principles of science education curriculum design; also the science teachers’ professional development is expounded.The article select core concept model "sound wave" for the teaching in the field of carrier, stated the education researchers how education idea based on new technology and equipment to develop innovative courses-a total of 10 class teaching activity cases. Teachers for teaching, is both the researchers and explore the fugleman. Innovative teachers with its "teaching" and "learning" practice, use innovation evaluation way to creating innovative in innovative lab course, called the integration of curriculum, teaching and assessment research.By the "teaching" and "learning" design and implementation of teaching activities, as a demonstration of various teaching process and resources to promote learners in the design of a scientific concept transformation research reference.
