With the increasingly affluent material life, people gradually concern for their health, trying to find the balance lifestyle between works and live. At the same time, the nation and the government focus on health, and put forward relevant policy programs. Against this background, health-preserving methods gradually get into the lives of ordinary people. According to the research data, it shows that regular exercise regimen of exercises can suppressed anxiety, loneliness and other emotions, to promote mental health and improve quality of life. As the other sport items, health-preserving methods will keep physical fit. More importantly, health-preserving methods can improve people’s spiritual complexion, especially the regulating effect of organs. But now, all kinds of Western sports are popular in the country, while the traditional health-preserving methods threatened, and thus the promotion of the traditional health-preserving methods is very important on one hand is to keep healthy and a long life scientifically, on the other hand is to inherit and carry forward the fine traditional Chinese culture.In this study, first summarizing the development status of health-preserving methods through literature review; secondly describing the basic concepts of marketing, content and key elements of promotion from the perspective of marketing, briefly introduced the basic theoretical models and marketing methods, such as 4P, 4C, service marketing theory and experiential marketing theory, and briefly analyze the situation of domestic and international marketing theory. This paper is focus on the market promotion of the traditional health-preserving methods in Shanghai for the study, in literature review, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and other research methods, analyze and evaluate the marketing status of the traditional health-preserving methods objectively. Combined with the marketing current status of the traditional health-preserving methods and the related marketing theory, analyze the domestic the traditional health-preserving methods competitive situation; according to the literature study and questionnaire analyze the marketing advantage and shortcomings of current the traditional health-preserving methods, and make a comparison with the marketing promotion of yoga in India through SWOT analysis and comparative case analysis, we found the problems in marketing process and the needs for different groups. Finally, a new outreach program is put forward according to research reports, and further learn from experience to find out the best market promotions for Shanghai the traditional health-preserving methods, to explore development model of the traditional health-preserving methods, based on the analysis and comparison of the status of marketing, put forward the related development strategies and proposals of the traditional health-preserving methods, as marketing is the starting point, to archive Shanghai Municipal Center for good the traditional health-preserving methods marketing countermeasures.The author re-position positioning marketing target areas and customer groups, comparative analyze three channels: educational resources, media and network platform, found shortcomings of the traditional health-preserving methods is that the lack of faculty and the simplification of the promotions, put forward the second spreading, cross-border cooperation and the use of the internet platform for market promotion. While exploring a wide range of health center commercial model, it should not be confined to the traditional market model, to be encouraged to learn and explore new commercial road, such as fee-based sports activities, based on supply and demand to determine prices, open up "the silver market "; at the same time trying to establish a fair, reasonable, accurate and scientific methods of traditional fitness exercise volume and evaluating results of the health system, so that the public have more scientific knowledge and give consumers a proper guidance. Such multi-angle marketing mix is the development direction of the traditional health-preserving methods marketing future.
