With Internet technology into the era of Web2.0, the rapid growth of data at an explosive speed, scientific research data, the Government reported data, educational data, mobile Internet data, etc. The development of the technology of data mining, big data analysis and correlation analysis has actively promoted the development of the commercial and scientific fields. In recent years, with the development of education information, a variety of learning management systems and online courses are in general applied, and store a large number of learner’s behavior record data, which is still growing. The development of technology and the accumulation of educational data formed the education "Big Data". Accordingly, education researchers reference the ideological in business data analysis to the field of education, applying learning analytic technology to optimize the learning process in order to providing assist for teachers, learners and education managers in the process of teaching and educational administration.In this study, the study is to explore the application mode of learning analytics, combined with the factors to influence the effect of learning, learning analytic technology and its application in the learning path recommendation system, adaptive learning path recommendation system on the basis of junior high school physics subject knowledge development, and to explore the application effect of the system.In the first chapter, we put forward the research questions, and clarify the significance of the study, using the literature research method, the model construction method and the comparative analysis method.Chapter II is the review of domestic and foreign research status, including the study of domestic and foreign study and analysis theory, application research status, theoretical basis and learning analysis model, etc. Through the literature analysis research overview of the current situation of domestic and foreign study, inductive learning analysis has some practical results. The key elements of learning analytic model are refined from the comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign study, which promote the further understanding of the connotation and definition of learning analysis technology. Through a comparative study of the recommendation algorithm, we choose the ant colony algorithm as a learning path recommendation algorithm.In the third chapter, based on the learning analysis model and the adaptive learning recommendation system, this paper designs an adaptive learning path recommendation system architecture, and describes the design idea and function module. From the point of view of practical application, the system operation process flow chart is designed based on the learning analytics, which is prepared for the design and development of the adaptive learning path recommendation system.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the analysis and recommendation algorithm which is the core of adaptive learning recommendation system learning, illustrates the application process and methods of decision tree analysis and correlation analysis. This chapter introduced in detail the choice of index data, analysis data sources and types, and analysis methods and process, to explain the specific application of the system analysis theory. The learning analytic tools are used for processing and visualization presents analysis results, psychology theory are combined to describe the learners learning process changes and explain the changes.The fifth chapter is the introduction of adaptive learning path recommendation system. The learning object are chose from junior high school physics knowledge, related learning resources are downloaded from Network Education Resources in Primary and Secondary School and K12 Cloud Learning Resources. Adaptive learning recommendation and visual presentation are two important part in the development of adaptive learning path recommendation system. In this system, learners and teachers are the key roles, so this part introduces the function and use of the process system from the two perspectives.The sixth chapter is the research ideas of testing the application effect of adaptive learning path recommendation system. Proposing from the three aspects test the adaptive test learning path recommendation system based on the data stored in the system: accuracy learning path recommendation, learning style inference and the effect of study. This part introduced the specific method of effect evaluation.The seventh chapter is a summary and follow-up study, summarizing the research results of this study and the existing problems, and prospect the research and development direction in the next step.
