The rapid development of science and technology promotes continuous innovation and development in all aspects of education,and at the same time puts forward new requirements for the further development and improvement of education and teaching conditions.The adaptive learning system can reasonably allocate,comprehensively develop,and effectively utilize learning resources.So,it has become a research hotspot in the field of educational technology.Learning Path recommendation is an important function module of adaptive learning system.It plays a key role in helping learners to meet the individual needs of "individualized teaching" and "individualized learning".This paper reviews the relevant literature on learning path recommendation at home and abroad,summarizes and analyzes the research contents in three aspects: learning path recommendation strategy,algorithm and technology implementation,development and application effect of learning path,etc.Because Bayesian method has the function of analyzing data information,probability reasoning and exploring cognitive process,this paper chooses Bayesian method to recommend learning path.This study uses natural language processing tools to segment the teaching content to obtain the relationship between the knowledge points in the teaching content and describe the weight of the influence between knowledge points.Bayesian network and adjacency matrix are used to represent the learning path graph.The Naive Bayes classifier is used to judge the learner's mastery of knowledge points in the learning process,and recommend a learning path suitable for the learner based on the associated learning paths and weight of unmeasured knowledge points.In this paper,we design and develop a learning path recommendation system based on element chlorine enriched in seawater,and describe the recommendation process and functional interface of the learning path recommendation system.At the same time,according to the requirements of the chemical proposition of college entrance examination on the cognitive level of knowledge content,the paper sets up a question bank which conforms to the high school chemistry curriculum standard and examination outline according to the project response theory.After the learning path recommendation system is developed and used,this paper analyzes the application effect of the system through two methods: "Quasi experimental research method" and "Evaluation system method".Quasi experimental research method is to verify whether the learning path recommendation system is helpful to the improvement of academic performance.The evaluation system method is to use questionnaires to investigate learners' satisfaction and acceptance of the learning path recommendation system,so as to obtain the evaluation of the empirical effect of the learning path recommendation system.The results show that the learning path recommendation system developed in this study has a certain practical and innovative significance.There are still many areas to be improved in this study.We hope to improve in the future research,and hope to be helpful to further research and practice of learning path recommendation.
