With the great development of information technology,the era of education informatization has quietly arrived."Personalization education" has become an important theme and mainstream direction for the development of China's Education Modernization.The full popularization of “Internet +”and “big data” technology and the refresh rate of educational technology and teaching model accelerating make education informatization achieved rapid development.At the same time,the development of education modernization has allowed educational activities to return to the learner itself,and to formulate more learning methods with personalized and adaptive characteristics to meet the continuous development needs of learners.In the context of education that emphasizes learners' dominant status,traditional education models and methods have fallen behind,and it is imperative to accelerate educational technology reform.We should dig the value of educational information,and provide support for adaptive learning.We should also inspire ideas and provide technical support for the development of education informatization.This paper explores the operation of adaptive learning systems based on learning behaviors analysis.This paper uses the most critical user models and adaptive engines as the main research objects to build a dynamic user model that takes learner personal preferences?cognitive levels and emotions into account.It aims to provide learners with adaptive learning services that meet their learning characteristics and personal needs.The specific research work is as follows:(1)A "Style-Emotion" learner model based on learning behavior analysis is constructed.This paper proposes a method based on basic attributes? cognitive level? learning style and academic emotions.This paper uses learning behavior analysis technology to build a dynamic learner model which take academic emotions into account.This model fully considers the cognitive characteristics and preference characteristics of the learners,and takes into account the emotional characteristics of the learners during the learning process.It can represent learners' individual characteristics better.(2)A domain knowledge model based on ontology technology is constructed.The knowledge structure of the university computer foundation course was analyzed in depth combined with its syllabus.This paper use Protégé to create the university computer foundation course knowledge ontology model.(3)Some adaptive studying service is designed.Based on the actual learning situation of university computer foundation course and the four-character system of learners proposed in this paper,a personalized adaptive studying service strategy is analyzed.A personalized learning path that takes into account the learner's learning style,cognitive level,and academic emotional characteristics is designed based on the ant colony optimization.And this paper also designs a personalized learning resource model based on collaborative filtering.(4)Based on the above research results,a prototype system of "Smart Assistance Classroom" was designed and developed from the perspective of practical application.This system uses university computer foundation course's curriculum materials as a resource library.By applying the learner model and domain knowledge model proposed in this paper,it provides learners with adaptive learning services and realizes personalized education and teaching based on aptitude.
