On The Cultivating Of The Pioneering Spirit Of Undergraduate Talent

The well-known question that "The location input method"---Why we Chinese people can’t develop the pioneering talents? In my opinion,the most serious problem in the university undergraduate education is that we can’t cultivate pioneering talents.Because of this, the author based on whitehead’s process philosophy of education, critical that today’s university education is a kind of generalized exam-oriented education.discusses a new measures of the university undergraduates’pioneering spirit cultivation.Firstly, to clarify the process philosophy’ basic view:it is a kind methodology of "dynamic process ";emphasizes a kind of world outlook with creation of the "events’ generation ";is a king of dialectical view of the system which emphasizes on the "culture rationality ".then, to further analysis the four basic categories of Process Philosophy of education:the relationship between education and life, knowledge and wisdom, discipline and experience, freedom and training.To illustrate the above characteristics of the Process education philosophy are the best theoretical basis to construct the college talent training activities.Secondly,specifies the problems in the current university undergraduate course personnel training activities of pioneering spirit:respectively is,the current university education is a kind of generalized exam-oriented education; the current university undergraduate course personnel training insists serious stereotyped tendency;the current university undergraduate course education training lacks of imagination and creativity talents.Thirdly,according to the perspective of process philosophy of education,to attribution analysis the existing problems of university undergraduate talent training activities,and points out that the undergraduate talents training target value "people with knowledge" despise" Intellectuals man",value discipline theory knowledge but ignore life experience,its training mode fall in " a fallacy of false place concreteness", its teaching methods emphasis on machinery training but free imagination, etc.Finally, starting from the angle of process philosophy of education, puts forward that the pioneering spirit of undergraduate talents cultivation’s new ways:with training goal,we should change from "knowledge people " to a "Intellectuals man"; On the teaching content, we’d better emphasis on the integrity and comprehensive utilization of knowledge, then through college students’ real practice to realize the balance between discipline theory knowledge and life experience; On the training modes, we should abandon the single,replication the project of talent fostering,and replace the modeled undergraduate course personnel training modes with the discrepancy and diversity of talented people; On the process of teaching, we’d better pay attention to the balance between training and freedom, grasp the rhythm of the education, and promote cultivation of the students’ imagination and creativity.
