Research On Tne Cultivation Of Innovative Talents For High-technology And Industrialization In College

In the modern society, high-tech industrialization become the decisive power of economic development. Cultivating innovation talents who can create and use high-tech, combination of science and technology and industry to create great value has become the inevitable choice of our country’s higher education development and reform.For this reason, this paper is based on the perspective of Alfred North Whitehead’s process philosophy of education and combined Kai-fu Lee’s case, one of rhe best outstanding representative in high-tech industrialization of innovative talents, to discuss the university issues of cultivation of high-tech industries’ innovative talents.The paper mainly has four parts:Chapter one:a brief introduction to characteristics of "youth mentor", lee as the representative of innovative talents in the field of high-tech industrialization. pointed out that this kind of talents not only has the innovation talented person’s quality--such as excellent professional knowledge and skills, active innovative thinking and practical ability, have the courage to challenge and proactive personality traits, but also be especially because of the high-tech as the core of the professional.Chapter tow:Based on the characteristics of high-tech industries’ innovative talents, to point out the main problems of our country university of cultivation. The knowledge structure is not good, for example, professional basic knowledge is weak, knowledge narrow and overall knowledge structure. Practice ability is weak, mainly reflected in two aspects of students’ academic development and employment development ability. Innovation ability is insufficient, there is poor quality foundation, innovation consciousness and action coordination problems. Lack of independent personality, mainly reflected in the self-management and autonomous learning ability is not strong, independent life ability is weak and so on.Chapter three:Based on Alfred North Whitehead’s Process Philosophy of Education to criticized the disadvantages of modern university education,and analysed university of our country’s personnel training problems of high-tech industries’ innovative talents. Mainly summarized as "external force determinism" in the development of university students, university of "knowledge" and "wisdom" opposite, "education and life" is split, "freedom and training" is opposite, talent training stereotyped lead to "false place specificity fallacy".Chapter four:Focus on putting forward countermeasures and Suggestions. Guidance on the theory of Process Philosophy of Education, from the content of the education, knowledge, innovation ability and personality characteristics to provide the countermeasure and the suggestion for high-tech industries’ innovative talents cultivation in college.
