With the popularity of multi touch devices, there are more and more the multi touch interactive whiteboard, multi-touch screen and other multi touch devices in the teaching environment. And multi-touch interaction has become an inevitable trend. At present, it exits many problems in the process of teaching writing under the environment of multi-touch interaction. For example, mere is still two, three and four fingers scroll zoom by shift gesture interaction stage on most multi-touch interactive devices in teaching environment. The current universal two fingers zoom gesture, although in the writing stage of static, can simple solve zoom, such actions need to be completed gradually through the zoom tool, optimizing teachers and students and the users experience, the more common operation for writing content such as selection, copy, paste, erase still need to frequently use toolbar completed, this interaction of which has not been to improved in the process of teaching multi-touch handwriting environment.For most of the current teaching process of multi touch handwriting environment, when editing the handwritten content, it needs frequently using of the toolbar buttons. Aim at the interaction shortage, this thesis makes the following research:first, through the literature research, summarize the multi-touch technology, multi-touch gestures and multi-touch gesture recognition, which relate multi-touch interactive technology under the principle of handwriting teaching environment; secondly, summarize the current common multi-touch gestures, and according to the design principles of gestures, design selection, copy, paste, erase gestures, which is concise, intuitive and functional of interactive operation in common hand gestures in teaching process multi-touch environment, for improving the operation efficiency of multi-touch interactive handwriting, optimizing the user experience; thirdly, according to the commonly used gesture design, put forward the solution, which aim at the impact of the interactive in handwritten interaction the editing of handwritten content needs using the toolbar frequently key operation. namely through the questionnaire survey, introduce gestures of user acceptance, towards the introduction of gestures, propose the gesture recognition method that multi-touch gesture recognition model. At last, it expounds the concrete implementation of the gesture recognition model, statistics the gesture recognition method for gesture recognition rate, show gesture application example, and analyses the generality of the gesture recognition model on the other hand gesture recognition and after the introduction of the gesture of teaching process in multi touch handwritten interactive operation efficiency.The feature of this thesis is that design of handwritten commonly used functions of multi-touch interactive operation teaching environment based on gesture design principles, and gesture recognition method is proposed, and this method provides a reference for a multi-touch gesture recognition algorithm, this thesis breakthrough lies without special touch a specific hardware device such as cameras, less cost, solve the problem that is hard to discern hand writing and gesture handwriting online handwriting in the multi-touch handwriting environment, and solve the short of interaction which is that when copy, paste, erase editing operations it can not use the toolbar directly, to optimize the user experience in the teaching process of multi-touch handwriting interactive environment.
