Our latest introduction of the "compulsory geography curriculum standards (2011 edition)".The standard proposed three basic concepts. First, learning geography useful life; second, learning useful geography for lifelong development; third, build an open geography curriculum. The curriculum objectives and basic idea required curriculum resource higher, life of the geography curriculum resources as geography curriculum resources had great significance for the study of geography. Life of the development and application of geographic curriculum resources can not only improve and develop life education theory, and can improve the forefront of teaching geography, promote the reform of geography teaching; For students, the life of the geography curriculum resources help improve students’ interest in geography, geographical knowledge and skills to promote the study and application.In this paper, on the basis of a large number of literature reading, on the basis of theory combined with life geography course resources in the teaching, the application of the actual situation of the application strategy is put forward. First of all define the concept and connotation of life geography course resources, life geography is the geography, closely connected with our life, including the geographical phenomenon and the principle of geographical knowledge in life. And to explore its life curriculum resources, is derived from the teachers and students in daily life, and in accordance with the cognitive process of students, teaching content; Analyzed the function of the life geography course resources, complement the curriculum resources, improve teaching efficiency, perfecting the theory of life education, and deepen the understanding of geography from the perspective of life.Through the application of life geography course resources in the teaching of the questionnaire survey, according to the data of life geography course resources in the teaching status quo of application of reason, the reason is various, the objective reason is mainly teaching soft hard conditions are not ideal, but the main reason is lack of methodology in the process of application of the guidance.
