Micro course is to displaying streaming media form around a knowledge point or the teaching link to carry out the brief and complete teaching activities. It is an important way of integration of information technology and subject teaching, is to improve the teaching effect, promote the important means to improve the quality of teaching. But the basic problems of the design elements and principles of the micro lesson are not very clear in the theory of information technology teaching. Primary school education is the foundation of compulsory education, and it has always been an important subject in the research of primary school education. In the elementary school mathematics teaching and the teaching of application problems exist students with learning difficulties, teaching modes and methods of old problems, in the environment of information technology in education, how to make use of the advantages of micro class to solve these problems is in urgent need of research topic. This study used the literature research method, observation method, interview and survey method, take the elementary school mathematics application topic teaching as an example, studied the micro lesson design elements, follow the principles and models and so on.The results of the study show that the conclusion is:1. The micro class design elements include analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of aspects. The analysis includes learning needs analysis, learner analysis, learning content analysis, resources and constraints analysis, design includes determining teaching goal, teaching strategy, to determine the order of teaching, and the design of the auxiliary resources, select the video production tools, it includes the development of multimedia courseware, script curriculum development, preparation of the test questions, the development of micro lesson video. The principle of the design of micro lesson includes the principle of science, the principle of systematization, the principle of prominence and the principle of student centered. The model of micro lesson design is ADDIE (Analysis analysis, Design design, Develop development, Implemen implementation, Evaluate evaluation) model. In the interpretation of the theory basis, the ADDIE micro class design model based on, the specific analysis on all aspects of the Yinchuan city s elementary school third grade, design and development of micro class, will make completed the application micro lesson video application in the final review of the total teaching by analysis of the implementation effect, the above theory do the preliminary validation, achieve better results, show that the interpretation of micro class design elements, principles, models and other theory is correct.
