Lead-in is the first step into the class, which plays an important role. A skillfully Lead-in just likes a bridge that contact old course with new course; as well as the prologue, heralds the climax and ending behind; as well as a guide, guides the students’ thinking direction. A good Lead-in is helpful to mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm and attention, to stimulate the curiosity of students, help students cooperate with teachers actively, also helpful to two-way teaching activities. However, in the actual teaching activities, most teachers do not have lead-in design or do things carelessly.Theoretically speaking, the study of lead-in in high school ideological and political class can broaden the optimization from the view of the teaching of Ideological and political course in senior high school, let the teachers fully aware of the importance of ideological and political courses, so as to achieve high standards in the design of classroom lead-in. As for the practice, lead-in is the beginning of the classroom, a good introduction can quickly mobilize the enthusiasm of students into the new class learning. In this paper, through the literature analysis method, experience summary method and case study method of the system analysis of the high school thought political lesson into existing problems:no import, directly lectures; pray form, ignore the contents; stick model, lack of innovation; improper material selection, ineffective. There is the cause of the problem can be summarized as follows:understanding of the classroom is not enough; lack of theoretical research on classroom; improper use of lead-in methods into the evaluation standards need to be improved.This paper systematic analysis the problem of ideological and political in high school through literature analysis, experience summary and case study, which includes: direct lectures without lead-in; empty form, ignore the content; stick to the model and lack of innovation; improper selection, poor results. The cause of the problem can be summarized as follows:There is not enough understanding of the lead-in; lack of theoretical research in lead in; improper use of lead-in methods; the evaluation standards need to be improved. This paper builds on the basis of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, put forward the countermeasures of lead-in in high school ideological and political lesson:strengthen theoretical study and improve the professional quality of teachers; combining with the teaching practice, strengthen the theory of lead-in; master the scientific method, choose the appropriate mode of lead-in; improve the evaluation criteria of lead-in.
