With the continuous development of social economy, the continuous evolution of the material to the spiritual needs is a great change in the way people live. Today, the accelerated pace of life to make people engaged in physical activity, the opportunity to gradually reduce, but the psychological pressure is increasing, resulting in a great threat to people’s health. Healthy lifestyle is not only reflected in not sick, but also should be shown to have a good idea of life and healthy psychological activities. This research aimed at the present junior middle school physical education teacher’s teaching idea, the teaching content, the teaching method, the teaching appraisal and so on to carry on the research and the combing, and thus promote the curriculum reform. This study used mathematical statistics, survey, literature, logic analysis of junior high school physical education curriculum concept to sort out and study, aimed at promoting the teaching quality of junior high school physical education.This study aims at through junior high school physical education teachers in the system to sort out the implementation of the status of "sports and healthy curriculum standard", for the current teaching reform of appropriate complement and improve the theoretical level of the junior high school physical education teachers and enrich the teachers’ teaching design, improve the teaching level and teaching practitioners to better carry out the implementation of curriculum teaching design of "sports and health curriculum standards, curriculum implementation and teaching evaluation lay a theoretical foundation.At present, the theoretical level of junior high school physical education teachers needs to be improved, and there is a certain gap between the overall implementation of the national awareness of the reform of physical education teaching. This study aims to enrich the teachers’ theory of knowledge system based on, and comprehensively improve the level of teaching reform practice, which in a certain extent can is a beneficial supplement of junior high school PE Teachers’ teaching practice ability. To help students better realize the "sports and health curriculum standards" in the requirements of physical health, mental health, sports participation, sports skills, social adaptation of the five major goals.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:1 the age structure distribution of physical education teachers is basically reasonable, and the distribution proportion of the teacher’s professional title is more ideal.2 PE teachers teach students the main content is still dominated by traditional projects.3 physical education teachers in the actual teaching is generally preferred to use the complete and decomposition method, language, and other traditional teaching methods, but ignored the importance of heuristic teaching.4 physical education teachers to take "attitude and participation" and "affection and cooperation" of the proportion of the evaluation content is low.5 teachers’ curriculum resources development ability is relatively weak.6 teachers and students, the lack of guidance of teaching behavior, teaching objectives are difficult to grasp, the teaching evaluation system is not perfect is the physical education teachers in the new curriculum standard in the study of the most existing problems.7 teaching facilities and other material conditions behind, teaching concept does not adapt to the curriculum reform, the importance of leadership is not enough to become a hindrance to the implementation of the "sports and health curriculum standards," the important reason for the implementation of the "physical education and health curriculum standards".
