"Standards for Physical Education and Health Curriculum for General High Schools(2017)" is not only the latest achievements achieved in the reform of high school physical education in China,but also the basic basis for ordinary high schools to set up physical education and health courses,organize teaching,and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching.The new curriculum standards for 2017 were revised and perfected on the basis of summing up the experience of using the original curriculum standards.The physical education curriculum objectives are proposed based on the core qualities of the disciplines.The curriculum objectives are further clarified,but the effect of achieving the curriculum objectives after use is not yet clear.Therefore,according to the content of the course objectives of the "Standards for Physical Education and Health Curriculum for General High Schools(2017)",from the perspective of the achievement of the goals,the three sub-goals of general high school students in Jinshui District,Zhengzhou City,such as athletic ability,health behavior and sports morality,are specifically specified.It is of great practical significance to investigate and study and grasp the practical application effect of students achieving their goals after the implementation of the new curriculum standards.Using literature data,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics and other methods,the sub-goals of the curriculum objectives of the "Standards for Physical Education and Health Curriculum for General High Schools(2017)" are fully studied.After the guidance and demonstration of the instructors and experts,a relatively complete,scientific and operable indicator was determined,and a questionnaire was prepared.A sample survey was conducted on the second and third grade students of the general high school in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City to obtain the learning of these students.After completing each semester of "Sports and Health" class,achieve the target performance data of the course,and conduct statistical analysis.The conclusion is:(1)Refine the specific connotation of the curriculum objectives of the "Standards for Physical Education and Health Curriculum for General High Schools(2017)",which can specifically judge the core physical quality of students.Starting from the three goals of athletic ability,healthy behavior and sports ethics,the sports and health curriculum goals of the second and third grades can be subdivided into multi-level target indicators and specific evaluation content.Not only can teachers be urged to carry out teaching reforms,they can also guide students to study seriously and promote the improvement of the core quality of physical education.(2)Summarize the achievement of the goal of the "Standards for Physical Education and Health Curriculum for General High Schools(2017)" in Jinshui District,Zhengzhou City.Some indicators still need to be improved,but the third grade is obviously better than the second grade,and the new curriculum reform has achieved good results.The specific performance is as follows: the overall achievement of the students' physical education and health curriculum goals is better,and the implementation of the "Standards for Physical Education and Health Curriculum for General High Schools(2017)" will more specifically improve the effects of the high school physical education and health courses.Among the goals of athletic ability,healthy behaviors and sports morality,the overall effect of surveying high school sports curriculum goals is better,and the third year is obviously better than the second year.The difference in sports selection will result in differences in the achievement of sports course goals.Ball games are significantly better than other projects.The gender difference of students will also affect the achievement of the goal of physical education curriculum,boys are better than girls.Among the sports ability goals,students at different stages of the stage master the development history of elective sports,formulate exercise plans and develop fitness goals to achieve better results.However,the achievement of the students' sports appreciation ability and application of skills in the second and third grades needs to be strengthened.Among the health behavior goals,the enthusiasm of students to participate in exercise,healthy living habits and adaptability at different grades have achieved good results,and their physical fitness test scores have improved.However,the effect of students' exercise habits is not good,and the goal of the number of extracurricular exercises per week in the third grade is higher than that in the second stage.Among the goals of sports ethics,the achievement of the two goals of students' compliance with the rules and sense of social responsibility in the second and third stages of high school is very good.Students' sense of social responsibility in the third grade is obviously enhanced,which is significantly different from that in the second grade.However,the achievement of aggressive goals is not very good,and still needs to be strengthened.
