From the informational age to the era of big data, all walks of life have undergone tremendous changes, from Information teaching to computable education, big data technology has brought the dawn to education, the traditional experience teaching is developing toward the precision of teaching. However, in the days of vigorous development of information technology, education still stays in accordance with the level of experience, the evaluation of students is according to the students’examination total score, the degree of the precision of teaching and students’personalized learning are relatively low. In view of this situation, the author visited the more representative primary and secondary schools, obtain:the most used and most easily obtained test data relates only to the students roll surface total score and use Microsoft Excel data processing tools or specialized score analysis system to analysis, teachers and the school only got the total score ranking, qualified rate and macro averaged classification data, related literature research is concentrated on the macro data, without much help for precise teachers teaching and the students’ individualized learning.In view of the above situation, this paper designs and develops the information collection and early warning system of students’ test information from the students’ test scores. The overall function goal of the system is to provide the help for teachers’ precision teaching and students’ individualized learning through the analysis of students’test scores. System has three core functions, firstly, the acquisition of students’ tested data; the second is the analysis of the test information of the students, combined with the classical test theory and educational information processing in the S-P Chart Analysis theory; the third is the help for teachers and students when analysis is completed, including the views for teacher to adjust teaching content and learning materials for college students to carry out personalized adaptive learning.At first, this paper expounds the background of the big data, personalized learning, and accurate teaching, and analysis the problems of the current primary and secondary school grades analysis system through talk with relevant personnel and literature research, thus makes the system functional requirements. Then, the research designs and develops the students’ test information acquisition and warning system, and carried out a preliminary trial, test the effectiveness and problems of the system. Finally, the future work of this research is prospected.The main conclusions of this study:The teachers and students of current primary and secondary school have a strong demand for precision teaching and personalized learning;The design and development of the students’test information acquisition and early warning system, its function can meet the expected user demand, has strong practicability. In the pretrial process, the system can successfully complete the collection of student test information, and the analysis of the results can provide guidance and help for teachers, students and parents to provide.
