Study On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Enterprising Spirit

Enterprising spirit is upward, a state of mind to be determined to make a difference, is the backbone of the Chinese nation, is the endless source of strength for the Chinese nation, is one of the necessary conditions for the all-round development and improvement of human beings. In the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the party proposed to enhance the party’s sense of enterprising awareness, opportunity awareness, sense of responsibility, putting the entrepreneurial awareness in the first place. At the critical moment of reform and innovation, it is particularly important to improve the enterprising spirit of college students. The university students are the hope for the country and the nation, carrying the arduous historical mission for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the prosperity of the country.The cultivation of College Students’enterprising spirit is not only related to the future of the individual, but also to the future of the whole country and the nation.In this paper, through in-depth analysis of the connotation of the enterprising spirit, combining with the characteristics of the development of the times and the reality of college students enterprising spirit cultivation, it is concluded that innovative ability and innovative consciousness is an important part of College Students’enterprising spirit. The main contents of the cultivation of enterprising spirit are the historical mission, the sense of responsibility and the positive psychological quality. In order to ensure the effectiveness of college students enterprising spirit, university in college students’enterprising spirit cultivation should adhere to four principles:the combination of theory and practice, the combination of inculcate and infiltration, the combination of inheritance and development, the combination of overall and individual. At the same time, cultivation of enterprising spirit of college students should pay attention to five points. We should attention to raising the awareness of the cultivation of the students, attention to strengthen self-education of students, attention to play the role of education, the role of the role of environmental education, attention to expand the carrier of the cultivation platform. The enterprising spirit will has formed a complete set of theoretical and practical system, filled the connotation of Ideological and political education of college students. Through the research on the cultivation of enterprising spirit of college students, help to enrich the theory of socialist core value system, help to improve the comprehensive quality of college students, and enhance their sense of social responsibility, it is of great significance to the further implementation of the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.
