| Enterprising spirit serves as constant motivation for people’s improvement and development.The psychological status of college students with family financial difficulties is different from those of ordinary college students.They also vary in life planning and career selection.In view of the special psychological and behavioral characteristics of college students with family economic difficulties,studying their enterprising mindset can not only explore the structure of enterprising spirit from the theoretical point of view,but also enrich the connotation of the study.In real life,it is of great significance to help students grow up,interrupt the intergenerational transmission of poverty,and prevent families out of poverty from returning to poverty.Based on the existing research results,a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research is used to conduct in-depth theoretical and empirical research in colleges and universities.This study is divided into three parts: firstly,the dimensions of enterprising spirit of college students with family financial difficulties are constructed,and on this basis,the "Questionnaire of college students with family financial difficulties relating enterprising spirit" is compiled to provide a measuring tool for the next step of understanding the current situation of enterprising spirit of college students with family financial difficulties.Subsequently,the self-compiled "Questionnaire of college students with family financial difficulties relating enterprising spirit" was used to investigate the current situation of enterprising spirits of 1586 college students with family financial difficulties,and the relationship between the enterprising spirit of college students with family financial difficulties and the sense of school community was explored.Finally,based on the study of the current situation and related factors,an empirical research was conducted to further verify the impact of improving the sense of school community on the enterprising attitude of college students with family financial difficulties,and to explore specific measures to enhance it,so as to provide reference for educators in colleges and universities to perform relevant work.The results of this study are as follows:Firstly,the enterprising spirit of college students with family financial difficulties includes four dimensions: goal aspiration,personal planning,self-control and positive behavior.Secondly,The Cronbach α coefficient of the total and the factors of the self-made "Entrepreneurial Questionnaire of College Students with Family Economic Difficulties" was 0.72-0.88,and the CFA index fit well.The correlation between the total score and the factors of the college students with family economic difficulties was 0.72-0.85,and the total score had a strong correlation with the factors.The correlation between each dimension is between 0.43 and 0.57,and each factor is independent and belongs to each other.Thirdly,the enterprising spirit of college students with family financial difficulties is generally positive.The score of goal aspiration dimension is the highest,while the score of life planning dimension is the lowest.Fourthly,there are differences in enterprising spirit of college students with family financial difficulties in terms of educational background,gender and grade,while the residence,whether they are the only child,whether the eldest son(eldest daughter)and parents’ educational background display insignificant effects on their enterprising spirit.Fifthly,there is a significant positive correlation between the sense of school community and enterprising spirit of college students with family financial difficulties.Lastly,through the case study,it was found that college educators adopt the behavioral contract method to enhance the sense of school community of college students with family financial difficulties in various forms,such as career planning,classroom participation,activity organization,gratitude education,which can effectively enhance their enterprising spirit.According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,the self-compiled "Questionnaire of college students with family financial difficulties relating enterprising spirit" enjoys both reliability and validity and meets the requirements of psychological measurement,which is qualified to measure the enterprising spirit of college students with family financial difficulties.Secondly,The score of goal aspiration dimension is the highest,while the score of life planning dimension is the lowest,which reflects the reality conflict between "macro want" and "concrete can’t" influencing positive behaviors.Lastly,The improvement of sense of school community contributes to the building of enterprising spirit.Colleges and universities should attach great importance to the construction of students’ sense of community,and take both macro layout and concrete measures to build an external environment for students’ healthy growth. |
