The development and application of Internet of things technology promoted the university demand for intelligent security, how to make the work in the company more efficient use of information technology, the problems existing in the development of company.In this paper, based on the cost management system, using the method of earned value analysis method, CBS, expert meeting analysis tools, such as in XX university campus safety intelligent security construction projects for the specific case, on the Internet of things in the process of construction project cost management carried on the thorough analysis of actual case can achieve twice the result with half the effort.
