| Along with the deepening of globalization,the contact between different ethnic groups becomes more frequently and deeply.Polybasic cultures meet and collide in the same space often.Because of its situation and busniess tradition,Hui Zu keeps frequent touch with Han Zu.But in the process of contact,Hui and Han always keep clear bounds because of cultural difference.In this paper,we think that some huge hidden problems still exit,and the “pig” usually becomes the blasting fuse of Hui-Han contradiction., based on combing and analyzing the history and current situation of Hui-Han relationship in Lushan Country.The different attitudes towards “pig”reflect that there is some cultural difference between Hui-Han objectively.The cultural difference doesn’t always cause conflict,but the cultural gap and misunderstanding caused by the lack of communication could become the key factor leading to the ethnic contradictions. In Henan Province,Hui Zu live in the surrounding of Han Zu,so the cultrue of Hui Zu is in the margin,suffering powerful extrusion and negelect of mainstream culture,and it struggles to survive only within itself. This leads to the deep gap in culture always existing between Hui and Han,and it may go against the understanding and getting on well with each other.In This paper,learning from the Intergroup Contact Theroy and the Theory of Cultural Interaction,we propose that the cultural instrument should be used to mediate the ethnic contradictions and conflicts,in order to reduce misunderstanding and prejudice,improve understanding and respect, tolerate variety and diversity,and build up the harmonious society where diverse cultures can coexist.Then different ethnic groups could live in amity with each other really.In the end,it suggests that we can make effort from three respects: leading the society to set up the concept of pluralistic coexistence;promoting intergroup contact and cultural communication;devoting major efforts to developing education。... |
