As the country further advanced to carry out development of the country through science and education, the construction of human resources power and cultural power, the development of the national strategy, performance salary reform in colleges and universities and the "fixed a hired" reform(create positions, personnel allocation, complement, norm and the contract system reform) as the background, the higher education reform deepening,the quickening process of teachers’ professionalization, and the complexity, repeatability, long-term and heavy load of the teachers’ work, makes the college teachers, especially the rising of young university teachers occupational stress and mental load is too big, a lot of on-the-job teachers appeared maladjustment, the psychological elasticity is not high, lack of happiness, and for teachers to normal work and life caused great influence, this will definitely affect the teaching quality and teaching effect.In Guangdong province, which is the forefront of reform and opening-up in China, how about the status of the young university teachers’ occupational stress, psychological elasticity and well-being?What is the cause of this situation? Should take what kind of measures to reduce youth teachers occupational stress, improve their psychological elasticity and well-being? These problems are to be discussed.In view of this, this study by young teachers of colleges and universities in Guangdong province as the research object,uses the questionnaire survey, investigates these teachers’ professional pressure, psychological elasticity and well-being of the general situation, present situation and the relationship between difference situation, analysis of the resilience of intermediary effect.The results showed that:1. In the aspect of occupational stress, young teachers of the colleges and universities in Guangdong province generally less pressure, less than the mean theory; but in the work adaptation and career development relative to the largest, professional titles and scientific research in terms of the pressure is relatively larger, the leadership and organization structure, work load, family life, student, interpersonal relationship and self body and mind, work pressure what is relatively smaller.2. In terms of psychological elasticity, young teachers of colleges and universities in Guangdong province general psychological elasticity is higher,higher than the theory.For specific performance,they in the aspect of social resources, family cohesion, self-efficacy of psychological elasticity is relatively higher, mental flexibility in planning style and social ability is relatively lower.In psychological elasticity there are some significant differences on gender, professional, education background and professional titles,but it does not exist significant school type of differences.3. In terms of well-being, young teachers of colleges and universities in Guangdong province general well-being is stronger,higher than the theory. For specific performance,their subjective well-being and psychological well-being are relatively stronger, social well-being is relatively weaker.In well-being there are some significant differences on gender,type of school, education background, professional titles, but there is no significant differences on professional.4. In the relationship of occupational stress,resilience and well-being, there is significant low negative correlation between occupational stress and general well-being, there is very significant moderate positive correlation between psychological elasticity and general well-being.It instructions that the greater the occupational stress of young teachers in colleges and universities in Guangdong province, the weaker well-being; the higher psychological elasticity, the stronger well-being.5. Resilience in the partial intermediary effect between occupational stress and well-being: although individuals face larger professional pressure, if the individual psychological elasticity is higher, its overall well-being may be stronger; Conversely, if the individual psychological elastic lower, is its overall well-being could be weaker.Finally, based on the above research results, young teachers of colleges and universities in Guangdong province are analyzed the causes of occupational stress, psychological elasticity and well-being status, and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to alleviate the pressure of the career of young university teachers, improve their psychological elasticity and well-being, to carry out the humanistic care, and promote the healthy development of young university teachers, improve the quality of education in colleges and universities, and to promote happy Guangdong and campus construction to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance.
