Study On Campus Culture Construction Based On Cultivating Innovative Talents

This article analyzes the importance of cultivating innovative talents in the knowledge-based economy ages,as innovation and innovative talents is the core and subject of the knowledge-based economy ages. In 2006, Chinese President Hu Jintao delivered an important speech, at the National Science and Technology of the opening ceremony ,pointing out that 15 years of scientific and technological development of China's future goal is to build an innovative country by 2020, this "building an innovation-oriented country" strategy has also highlighted the central role of cultivating innovative talents in education. Therefore, cultivating innovative talents is particularly important under the new situation in today's world.The cultivation of innovative talents can not do without universities, universities is the positions of cultivating innovative talents, universities are through the culture to cultivate innovative talents and to complete the basic task. Therefore, strengthening the construction of campus culture conducive to cultivate innovative talents .Based on the meaning of campus culture and innovative talents, this paper has analyzed the status and role of the innovative talents in building an innovation-oriented country, the status and role of the construction of campus culture in the innovation talent training,the problems of the construction of campus culture in the innovation talent training,such as, the ideas of innovative education not yet formed,the problems of the construction of material culture and mental culture, the construction of Institutional culture can not advance with the times, the negative impacts of traditional culture on cultivating innovative talents.Based on the analysis of problems existing in campus culture construction , some uggestions are put forward to cultivating innovative talents. These uggestions include: to change the traditional educational ideas; to optimize the construction of material culture and spiritual and cultural; to innovate the construction of institutional culture; to understand traditional culture correctly and create an atmosphere for innovation.
