Research On Prevention Education Based On The Pupil’s Sexual Assault Issues

For the past few years, the incidents of pupil sexual assault that under the exposure of the media has rising gradually, which comes closer to the public view step by step. These malignant events bring enormous hurt to both the victims and their family members, which reflect in physical and mental. As the awareness of such events stay at a relatively high level, so the incidents of pupil sexual abuse have evolved into a serious social problem.This study elaborates the issue concerning the pupil sexual assault from three perspectives. For the first part is the summarization and analysis of the current condition of sexual assault in the primary school, so as to discover the prior problems, such as the higher rate of occurrence, the younger trend of the sufferer, the closer relationship between the criminals and victims as well as the increasing numbers relate to teacher-originated sexual assault, etc. Next to the first part is the discovery of the deep reasons which behind this kind of assault. The frequency of pupil sexual assault contributes to four basic parts, followed as the shortage of the knowledge and capability in preventing harassment, the overlook of family education and poor supervision, the negative act of school education and the absence of social education. This paper put forward four major tactics from the angles of students themselves, families, schools and society at last.Aiming at the above difficulties, the dissertation puts forward the following countermeasures to remission the severe condition. In the strategic level of school education concerning precautionary measures, four parts should have done in advance. First of all, cognition of prevention the pupil sexual assault should be strengthened; second, textbooks involved precautionary measures appeared in sexual assault must be compiled; third, enhance the teachers’ professional moral norms and intensify supervision of teachers’ behaviors; last but not the least, paying attention to the teachers while offering more concerns to those migrant children and left-behind children. In the strategic level of family education concerning precautionary measures, three points will be summarized in this paper. Parents should understand the basic knowledge of sexual assault happened in elementary school, have the consciousness to carry out educational activity involve such kind of problem, lead their children to learn the basic knowledge of the preventive sex infringement; then, parents should make great efforts to create a harmonious family atmosphere; at last, parents should pay more attention to physical and psychological changes which appeared on their childre n, keep in touch with school to have a better understanding of the real facts which go through in their children. In the strategic level of society education concerning precautionary measures, it can be summed up to three points. It is the most important concern that our society must establish a good environment to assist the general public to build active attitudes toward sex. After that, various social groups should play active role in the work refer to preventive harassment in elementary school. Finally, The Judicial Department should utilize its social function in protection and punishment.There is no doubt that preventive education of pupil sexual assault need their own efforts, basic sexual preventive knowledge and skills must be grasped. If the danger comes in the end, these knowledge and skills may help them escape from the scene of crime.
