Based On The "Four Teachers" Of Middle School Teachers’ Professional Ethics Training Research

Education plans, teacher centered, in the rapid development of economy and information today, the role of education becomes more and more important. To achieve quality education, training students to become the overall development of the people, which can not be separated from the role of teachers. However, under the background of the rapid development of economy, information, middle school teachers’ professional ethics in is facing a crisis, teachers professional ideal and professional attitude consciousness desalination, moral landslide phenomenon. This has seriously affected the realization of teaching goal and talent training. In the context of promoting quality education, the teachers’ professional ethics of middle school are paid more and more attention. Aiming at the problems of ethics in the current middle school teachers, was brought forward to Xi Jinping, the "Four Haves" standards for teachers based, on the base of the previous research by empirical research method show the problem of middle school teachers’ professional ethics, and try to "Four Haves" teacher standards as a guide proposed suggestions on how to cultivate middle school teachers’ ethics.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part: the basic connotation of four teachers ". Secondly, analysis the reasons of the existing problems from the aspects of society, teachers themselves, the negative impact of the socialist market economy ethics on the part of middle school teachers training impact, effects of the lack of school management on the part of middle school teachers moral cultivation, school teachers self-improvement consciousness weak reason restricts the cultivation of morality.The third part,:based on the "four teachers" training of middle school teachers’ professionalethics approaches. Based on the "Four Haves" teachers to promote the ideals and beliefs, moral sentiment, solid knowledge, love the heart of several proposed corresponding countermeasures. To create a good social atmosphere, so that the community has become an important force in the training of middle school teachers’ professional ethics, strengthen school of ethics management and training, enables the school to become the training of middle school teachers’ professional ethics is an important place for, to strengthen the teachers’ ethics.
