Secondary education,which is not only the joint of basic and higher education,but also the student physical, psychological and rapid development of the adolescent stage of school education, It has come to its importance in an increasing pace throughout the whole educational stages. This stage student growth "rebellious" focus on the outbreak, and thus teachers ethics requirements should be higher than the other stages teachers. So it’s very essential for any secondary school teacher to possess some professional ethics, of which some other teachers, like primary school or kindergarten teachers, may be in short or lack. "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010--2020 years)" to strengthen the construction of teachers as the first of the six safeguards proposed to strive to create a noble morality, business skills, reasonable structure, vibrant high-quality professional teachers. Therefore, secondary phases teachers’ morality, especially moral construction of rural secondary school teachers is in line with the requirements of the development of the age. Based on the Xinshao county rural middle school teachers’ ethics survey, explore ethics in secondary schools in rural areas and to analyze the causes of the problems, but also because most of the rural secondary schools offer only junior high school, and thus limited the research object rural junior high school teachers, text rural middle schools also mentioned mainly rural junior high school. Through the social environment in which secondary school teachers, teachers and teacher management analysis itself, proposed the construction of target rural middle school ethics and countermeasures.This paper discusses the following aspects: 1. Introduction This paper background, theoretical research and practical significance, through research status of secondary school teachers currently on ethics to sort and summarize proposed purpose of this study, research methods, summarized the importance of high school ethics construction. 2, through literature research, analysis connotation ethics and research ethics summarize the characteristics of rural teachers, rural junior high school teachers’ morality identify the entry point, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the study later. 3, through Xinshao County Rural Middle random survey and analysis to explain the emergence of rural secondary school teachers ethics problems found. For secondary analysis of the problems of ethics, find out why problems arise. 4, for the problems and "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010--2020)" The goal propose solutions to the problem of rural junior high school teachers’ ethics measures to identify unique moral construction of secondary school teachers in rural areas, and propose new ideas to solve the problem of morality, in-depth analysis of how rural junior high school teachers in the building work ethics.
