Teachers’ ethics is important for the development of education in China. The key toget development is teachers.We should develop our debiz by following the teachingrules,relying on the teaching staff. Meantime, we should make every effort to helpteachers improve their political caliber and professional qualification.we should alsoconduct propaganda atmosphere of respecting teachers and teaching in our society.National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan(2010-2020) pointed out that construction of teachers’ ethics depends on a professionalteaching body with high quality.A satisfying education means both city people and rural people are satisfied with it,and it also means that the city students and rural students are able to get development andthe promotion of education..Moral level directly affects the rural teachers educationquality. This assay does some research from the following three aspects: teachers’ moralcognition teachers’ moral behaviors, teachers’moral habit.Taking Santa city as an example, we make full use of the questionnaire, we get theconclusion that rural teachers’ moral level is low. This assay is intended to discuss thereason and some practical measures based on the current situation of rural teachers’ jobenthusiasm. Based on the analysis of the causes, we mainly explores the adverse effects ofrural education problems, software and hardware support education audience, teacherdevelopment platform and teaching force, and the community of the "money fetishism"values may have on the teacher’s ethics construction; and put forward the followingmeasures to deal with it:improve software and hardware facilities level of rural school;combine the power of school, family and the society to help rural students establish theirinterests for study, and improve the quality of rural students step by step; establish andimprove moral norms, and make them into practice; by hard working of local departmentin charge, get the relationship between teachers’ daily behavior and moral norms.The innovation of this paper is,Distinguish the construction of rural teachers’ ethics from the city teachers’.It wouldbe more practical..The different contents of teachers’ ethics do not mean to reduce the requirements forrural teachers, we look forward to a series of more practical moral rules and norms. We should start from the occupation plight of rural education in the audience level and ruralteachers, to develop more reasonable industry standards.
